Netanyahu to Kerry: Feared abductions a result of letting Hamas into Palestinian government

(Devarim 28:32
Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day; and there shall be nought in the power of thy hand.
and Targum Yonatan explains "and there shall be nought in the power of thy hand" as: You don't have good deeds under your belt that would provide the spiritual power to pray to Hashem with the proper intent to help. If I can add my 2 cents in, perhaps this is a call for good deeds from everyone so that our prayers will be effective.)

3 yeshiva students missing, feared kidnapped outside Jerusalem
Jewish News received word via Congregation Beth Tefillah newsletter emailed today by Rabbi Pinchas Allouche, a student of Rabbi Steinsaltz.
...
In a press release issued today, The Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations expressed deep concern for the three 16- year-olds.
“We pray for their safe return and urge everyone to include them in their prayers this Sabbath.” They expressed concern and solidarity in a letter to Prime Minister Netanyahu and said that American Jewry stands together with the government and people of Israel, and particularly, the families of the three youths.
...
Rabbi Steinsaltz and the Chief Rabbinate of Israel have suggested reading Psalms 20 and 21 [YY- I'm guessing this is a typo and really should be 121] and giving tzedakah every day until the boys are found, Rabbi Allouche wrote. In addition, those lighting candles this evening are asked to add a prayer for the boys' return.

Signing off for Shabbat.  May we only hear good news.

Yes, good point. I wasn't going to go there yet, but I'm glad you brought it up. Also, the Yerushalayim beach that many prominent Rabbanim are against.

i was shocked and dismayed to see the gay parada in ta. this should not happen in the holy land.this should not be, not the Holy Land ,its so heartbreaking.
i was very worried to see the last two lines in debka. the apparent culprits said they will never be found. sounded so ominious, i dont know when the non jewish world will wake up and leave ysr alone.

Why the knesset endorses homosexual lifestyles in tel avive is very sad ~ young schoolchildren in there elementry schools in tel avive learn that this lifestyle is fine ~ and acceptable for them // we wonder why tragerdies like these 3 youngmen happen to us ?? its right in front of our faces the reasons . Know one knows if this sickness is nurture or nature , but the Torah is clear in parshat Kedoshime 2 things 1 its called an abomination and 2 it warrants death by both the passive male and the active male by stoning . Now we get to the ikker a sin done in prvt is much different then one done in public , all so much more public flaunting of one of the worst of all the sins in the Torah done in public for the whole world to view . What are the rebbes and rabbis saying are there any voices ? Im searching the webb to hear them ... cant find any ... why are they rebbes and rabbis then ?? Is this the Torah Moses received on Sinai , im ashamed to be a jew with such a spectacle in the holy Land ~!
